Accuracy and sources
We aim to check calculations, explain assumptions and link to authoritative sources when readers need to verify a rule or learn more. Laws, tax rates, technical standards and third-party services can change, so readers should confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant official source.
Tools and limitations
Tools should state their purpose and important limitations clearly. Estimates are not guarantees. Where a result depends on assumptions, units, rounding or user-entered data, the interface or supporting explanation should make that clear. Report suspected errors through our Contact Us page.
Originality
We do not intend to publish plagiarised, misleading, automatically spun or deliberately deceptive content. Contributions should add original explanation, examples, testing or practical value beyond repeating existing search results.
AI assistance
